  Normally I love kneaders, great food, some of my favorite. But I've had two really bad experiences there in the last few week and today took the cake. I went through the drive through on my lunch break and order the raspberry chicken walnut salad and a cup of cream of broccoli soup.
  
  Kneaders is kind of out of the way for me but I figured it would be worth it. Got back to my office, ravenous, opened up my salad and there was no dressing, cheese, croutons or walnuts on it. Chicken, raspberries and onions on a bed of dry spinach. I thought at least the soup will be hot and delicious. It was luke warm and should have been renamed broccoli with some milky water.
  
  So I called kneaders and asked to speak with a Manager. A man named Todd identified himself as the manager so I told him my complaint. I said I didn't expect him to do anything about it but I wanted him to know that I was really disappointed in the service I had received. His response "Yep. Glad I'm the night manager. Bye." And then he hung up.
  
  I think it's easy to say I won't be going back ever again even though it's been on of my favorite places for years up until this.

  Love their breakfast sandwiches. So much better then fast food breakfast when you're on the go!
  Their food over-all is fantastic, fresh, and well prepared!
